Bluegrass Special with Bill Ogden

ARTS on BLUEGRASS SPECIAL

W.R. "Railroad Bill" Ogden has been playing bluegrass music on KETR since
November of 1983. Professor and Head of the university's Department of
Secondary and Higher Education, Bill, an active musician, has played and is
playing (guitar/mandolin/bass) in a number of area bands. A survivor of
the western New York folk music scene, where he opened for name national
groups including the Lettermen and the Beach Boys, Bill is married to the
lovely Nancy from Wisconsin, and has three children. Bill lives in
Commerce, Texas.

Join Railroad Bill as he launches the Bluegrass Special every Sunday night beginning at 7 p.m. on 88.9 KETR. The Bluegrass Special fills the airwaves with 2 hours of traditional bluegrass, followed by one hour of gospel bluegrass. Don’t miss a show, as Railroad Bill brings you the best bluegrass and all the bluegrass information you need for Northeast Texas.
