The purpose of this page is to lay out the senior and executive management as it relates to the operation of 88.9 KETR, as well as to make certain accountability information related to the station easily discoverable by the general public.
Senior/Executive Management: The station's General Manager and Program Director is Jerrod Knight. Organizationally, KETR's management reports to the Executive Director of Marketing Communications, Lisa Martinez. The office of Marketing Communications is organized under the A&M-Commerce division of Institutional Advancement, led by vice president Randy Van Deven. The Institutional Advancement division reports directly to president of the institution, Dr. Dan Jones.
Board of Directors/Open Meetings: 88.9 KETR's Board of Directors is, therefore, the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents. The date, time and place of all open meetings of the Board of Regents can be found at this link.
Community Advisory Board: 88.9 KETR does not currently maintain a Community Advisory Board.

IRS Form 990/Equivalent: As the station is owned and operated by Texas A&M University-Commerce, it is not required to submit IRS Form 990. In an effort to maintain transparency in our operation, and as an alternative to making an IRS Form 990 available, we agree to list compensation information comparable to that outlined in the IRS Form 990 Part VII A and IRS Form 990 Part VII B. At this time, there is no station-specific compensation data that meets the minimum threshold for reporting via IRS Form 990, generally, salaries at or above $100,000 annually.
