The accident happened just south of Winnsboro last Sunday. The child, identified as Cameron Pruett, was said to be riding with an adult relative when the tractor hit a large bump and the driver dropped the child, who fell beneath the wheels.
Pruett was taken to Winnsboro Presbyterian Hospital, where he later died.

Dallas health officials say Cynthia Garcia did not have underlying medical conditions. She did have pneumonia and a bacterial infection, they said, but those conditions appeared to follow the swine flu infection.
Cynthia was a sixth grader at Price Elementary in Garland, which is in the Mesquite ISD.
