GREENVILLE - City officials plan to gather later this month to officially open the new Waste Water Reclamation Center for business, signaling the end of the most significant portion of the $20 million project.
Dedication ceremony is scheduled for 2 PM April 24th at the center, at 100 Division Street. Later that day, bids are scheduled to be opened on a project to build administration offices for the new Waste Water Reclamation Center; ground was broken on the plant in July 2010.
