Commerce – The new A.C. Williams Elementary School in Commerce continues to stay on schedule, according to a recent report. The Commerce School Board Monday heard from Claycomb Associates and W.B. Kibler Construction Company regarding the progress of the project.
Crews are continuing to lay the foundation for the structure, as well as install all utility lines. Steel for the building will begin coming in next week and will take about three weeks to erect.
The new A.C. Williams Elementary School is scheduled for completion by fall 2009.
