At approximately 1:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, 22-year-old Jason Foster, of Combine, was accidentally killed while assisting to install anhydrous tanks on Pat Pilgrim’s farm, located four miles East of Lake Creek in Delta County.
Foster was an employee at Quality LP Gas located in Mesquite.
Luckett’s crane, a Hunt County company, hit another tank causing it to roll and strike Foster.
He was pronounced dead at 2:10 p.m.
