Alice wants more 'Paddington'

'Paddington' opened on January 16th.
StudioCanal

This week Alice reviews Paddington, a movie based on the popular books about a talking bear. It seems someone has done the books justice, so much so that Alice hopes there will be more to come. Alice also takes a look atBlackhat, with People Magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" Chris Hemsworth, and Spare Parts, a movie based on a true story with George Lopez, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Marisa Tomei.

We also touched on the recent announcement of the Oscar nominations.

You can listen to Movie Picks with Alice Reese on your station, every Friday at 4:50 and 5:50 P.M. during NPR's All Things Considered.

Alice Reese is the movie reviewer for the Greenville Herald-Banner, the Rockwall Herald-Banner, and for us at KETR.
Caitlin is from Paris, TX, and found her love of music and radio in her car rides with her dad. She has been a host on the student-run show, Lions After Dark, as well as a producer and engineer for weekend programming and sports on KETR. Currently, Caitlin is the local host of All Things Considered, and can be heard chatting with Alice Reese on the weekly "Movie Picks" program each Friday afternoon.
