Greenville – There are now allegations of prosecutorial misconduct in a Hunt County capital murder case. Brandon Dale Woodruff is claiming Hunt County prosecutors engaged in misconduct by taping confidential conversations between Woodruff and his defense team. Attorneys are looking to have the case dismissed or bar the office of F. Duncan Thomas from prosecuting the case.
