Cumby – A former A&M-Commerce football coach has been named principal of Cumby High School. Don Madden is the new principal effective immediately. Madden was previously at Commerce High School serving as a coach and science teacher. He played football for A&M-Commerce before earning a doctorate and two master's degrees-one in curriculum and one in administration/leadership. Madden served as director of the intramural program and was a football coach for A&M-Commerce.
