A&M-Commerce athletes qualify for championships.

Commerce – Four individuals and a relay team from A&M-Commerce have qualified for the 2005 NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships next week. Lion sprinter Delrick Taylor will run in the 100 and 200, as well as the second leg of the Lions' 4x100 meter relay with Levi Organa also running in the 100 and providing the anchor leg for the relay team. Marques McCullough has qualified for both the shot put and discus events, and Steven Stevens will be representing A&M-Commerce in the hammer throw.
The Championships begin on Thursday of next week, and run through Saturday at Abilene Christian's Elmer Gray Stadium.
