A&M-Commerce employee struck by vehicle
COMMERCE - An employee at Texas A&M University-Commerce was injured this morning after being struck by a vehicle while crossing the roadway.
The accident occurred behind Whitely Hall as the man was walking across South Neal Street at around 7:51 a.m.
Lt. Jason Bone with the University Police Department says the man was transported to Hunt Regional Community Hospital in Commerce.
Commerce Police were investigating the incident. The name of the victim had not been released and the extent of the person’s injuries had not been given as of early Wednesday afternoon.
