Commerce, TX – In a statement distributed to the Texas A&M University-Commerce campus, President Dr. Keith McFarland said: "Our heartfelt thoughts, prayers and support go out to the Virginia Tech University community at this time of tragedy on their campus. I know how greatly the recent deaths of A&M-Commerce students have affected our community. Please encourage anyone who might be affected by these events, either directly or indirectly, and may want to talk about them, to contact the University Counseling Center at 903-886-5145 for assistance."
