Commerce – Remington College students can now transfer their credit hours into specific programs at Texas A&M University-Commerce thanks to an articulation agreement between the schools on Monday at Remington College-Dallas in Garland.
"We are here today to witness history," said Skip Walls, Remington College-Dallas campus president. "Because of the progressive thinkers at Texas A&M University-Commerce, a relationship has been consummated."
Officials from both schools were present for the signing. The agreement will allow Remington College students to seamlessly transition into a bachelor's degree program at A&M-Commerce, after completion of an associate's degree. Following the signing, students were given the opportunity to ask questions and meet with the A&M-Commerce admissions team.
"A&M-Commerce and Remington College share a vision and a dream," said Dr. Dan Jones, A&M-Commerce president. "We share a vision of a world which will be improved by education. Working together, we can help you all achieve your dreams of improving life through education. The key is education."
