Greenville – A court hearing today in Hunt County will determine whether a Montgomery County judge from Southeast Texas owes child support.
Kari Moore, of Lone Oak, is claiming that Tracy A. Gilbert is the father to her now 18-year-old son. Attorneys for Gilbert claim the judge was unaware the child had not been adopted by the woman's fianc e until last year.
Attorneys for both sides stipulated Tuesday that Gilbert is currently paying child support of $1,100 per month and is paying the boy's health insurance.
