Sulphur Springs – Sulphur Springs police arrested a Winnsboro man for armed robbery earlier this week. 21 year old Jeremy Blake Mosley, also known as Coby Mosley, allegedly robbed an Emory man at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon, according to the Sulphur Springs News Telegram. The Emory man said he was driving down Freeman Street when a man approached him, put a gun to his neck, and demanded money. The man gave him the $100 he had on him and the robber fled into some apartments.
The Emory man called police, who came to search the apartments and found Mosley with a sum of cash and a gun. The Emory man said he was 100% positive it was Mosley that robbed him.
Mosley now faces 5 to 99 years or life in prison.
