Greenville – An arraignment hearing is set for Thursday for a suspect charged with shooting at a Greenville police officer.
Francisco Javier Davilla faces four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a public servant. He's also facing a charge for allegedly firing on a Greenville residence that same day in which a mother and her child were currently in.
The shooting occurred on July 10 along Texas Street, where a pedestrian walking along the street was also reportedly shot and wounded. That incident could warrant an additional charge against Davilla in the future.
