An attorney has been appointed for a Hunt County man charged with trying to run over firefighters.
William Alton Easterling of West Tawakoni remains in custody at the Hunt County jail in lieu of $35,000 bond charged with two counts of aggravated assault against a public servant.
An attorney was appointed for Easterling during a Monday morning hearing in the 354th District Court. Judge Richard A. Beacom scheduled a second hearing in the case for Wednesday.
