Attorneys speak out in Campbell meth lab case

By Brad Kellar

Campbell – New developments have emerged in a reported 2009 area meth lab bust.

A trial is still pending for a husband and wife from Campbell; accused of running what authorities claimed was a methamphetamine production lab.

But the attorneys for William Ronald Davidson and Stacy Sutton Davidson want the charges against their clients thrown out, saying the alleged evidence was obtained improperly.

A hearing in the case is set for next Thursday, April 15.

The couple was among three people arrested in February 2009 as the result of a joint investigation between local law enforcement.
