DALLAS - Last week’s deadly accident in Grayson County that killed a Bonham woman has claimed another victim.
The Sherman Herald-Democrat reports that Douglas Barr died over the weekend from his injuries while in a Dallas hospital.
His wife, Ora Mae Barr, died shortly after last Tuesday’s wreck, which occurred when the couple’s vehicle hit a semi-truck at the intersection of Highway 56 and 69 in Bells. Police say the vehicle reportedly failed to stop for the red light.
Funeral services for both Douglas and Ora Mea Barr will be held together Tuesday morning at the First Baptist Church of Bonham.
