The Tiger's opening possession was spoiled by a fumble which turned the ball over to the Foxes, allowing Caddo Mills to take a very early 6 point lead. The bulk of the first half, however, was all Commerce as the Tigers scored 3 touchdowns and led 20-6. The Foxes closed out the second quarter with another TD and a 2 point-conversion, closing the gap just before the break. Halftime Score: Commerce- 20 Caddo Mills- 14.
Caddo Mills mounted a major comeback in the second half, adding 6 points to tie the score at the end of the 3rd quarter, followed by two more touchdowns in the 4th to secure the win. Final score: Commerce- 20, Caddo Mills- 40.
