Hopkins County – The body of a Winnsboro woman missing since May 31st has been found off Highway 11 near Sulphur Springs. The car of 89 year old Jamie Milner was spotted in thick brush by crews trimming trees in the area, and reported to police. The Hopkin's County Sheriff's office investigated and identified the car as Milner's, last seen leaving the Sulphur Springs Wal-Mart. An autopsy has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
Helicopters had been used last week to search the area between the Wal-Mart and the woman's home, as well as ground searches, but she was not found until Tuesday.
Officials are waiting for autopsy results to determine if Milner's death stemmed from medical problems or a traffic accident.
