According to Irving fire officials, five members of an Oklahoma family were sickened from carbon monoxide while they stayed at a Dallas-area hotel.
A boiler malfunction at the Hyatt Place hotel in Irving yesterday afternoon caused the evacuation of as many as 40 people.
