Bond has been reduced for a man shot by a law enforcement officer last month

Greenville – - Bond has been reduced for a man shot by a law enforcement officer last month. Charles Boyd Rose was alleged to have pulled a hand gun on sheriff's deputy Terry Jones which resulted in Jones shooting and wounding the man. Rose remained in custody in lieu of $500,000 bond on counts of aggravated assault on a public servant and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. His bond was lowered yesterday to $100,000 on the assault charge and $10,000 on the weapons charge.
