By Scott Harvey

Bonham – The Bonham ISD meets in special session Monday evening to consider approval of a possible bond election.

If approved, the election would be held November 3.

Preliminary plans include attaching the 5th and 6th grade to the existing L.H. Rather campus, move 4th grade to Finley-Oats by constructing a new wing, as well as a new gym at Finley-Oats, plus new core facilities for Bonham High School such as a new front entrance, office space, cafeteria, media center, gym and science labs.

Monday's meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Bonham ISD Administration Center, 1005 Chestnut St.
