Greenville – The suspect in a Greenville bridge standoff from late August is to be arraigned Monday.
Jack Eugene Duvall Jr. is charged with one count of obstruction of a highway passageway.
As of Friday, he was not listed in custody at the Hunt County Jail, having been previously transferred to Dallas County where he is facing a revocation of probation for aggravated assault.
The August 24 standoff across the Wesley Street Bridge forced a major traffic jam along Interstate 30. An accident due to traffic that day resulted in the death of a Royse City man.
