Sulphur Springs – The owner of El Portrillo Restaurant in Sulphur Springs will face arson charges in Hopkins County after waiving extradition in Louisiana.
Aleoncio Bravo Hernandez was arrested last month for his role in starting the blaze that gutted the restaurant.
The building's owner, Jamie Gonzales of Brashear, has also been charged with arson and has reportedly confessed.
