Caddo Mills – The suspect in a Caddo Mills murder case is expected to appear in court today.
47-year-old Randall Douglas Smith is seeking the appointment of an attorney, a reduction in his bond, or both.
Smith has been charged with the murder of 49-year-old Gregory Poteet, also of Caddo Mills, earlier this month.
A preliminary autopsy report indicated Poteet died as the result of multiple gunshot wounds.
