Greenville – A punishment hearing Wednesday will determine the fate of a Hunt County man, who has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
Donald Means, of Campbell has been a registered sex offender since 2002 after being convicted of possession and receipt of child pornography. A plea deal indicates Means could get 12 years behind bars.
He was arrested in December 2009 at his residence while conducting a compliance check. Authorities then seized Means' computer for further evaluation after locating certain images on the device.
