Paris, Texas – Paris native Cas Haley has been named one of the 20 finalists on the NBC TV show, America's Got Talent. There were no performances on last night's episode of the show, just an elimination round. He moves on to the semi-finals next Tuesday.
26 year old Haley has been performing since he was 12 and is a member of the band Woodbelly. He currently lives in Arlington.
In the finals, the audience will be able to vote on the winner.
KETR will be playing excerpts of an interview with Cas Haley and Woodbelly this Saturday from 7-midnight on Notably Texan.
Also of note, the 3 Redneck Tenors, also originally of Paris, were eliminated in last night's episode of America's Got Talent.
