Greenville – A charge has been filed in a Greenville stabbing case. The Greenville Police Department has filed a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against the individual and has issued a warrant for his arrest. The man's name has not been released pending his being taken into custody and arraigned on the charge. The man is accused of stabbing his wife last Friday. The victim of the attack has been released from Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville, while the husband remained hospitalized in Dallas, recovering from allegedly self-inflicted wounds.
