Charges dropped in local robbery case

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – Charges have been dropped in a local robbery case. Willis Wilkin Langley, of Lewisville, had pleaded not guilty to a reported armed robbery in May at the Gray House Game Room near Quinlan. Trial had been scheduled to begin Monday. The dismissal came after the Hunt County District Attorney's Office was unable to locate the victim in the case. Langley was alleged to have entered the business and pointed a gun at an employee, ordering him to turn over cash. He reportedly made off with between $3,500 and $4,000.
