Greenville – The Greenville Charter Review Committee continued efforts Monday, providing more recommendations to the city's governing documents.
The Committee also met with representatives from GEUS, the local electric utility system, but did not announce any proposed recommendations.
Under old business the Committee approved recommendations to Articles III, IV and IX, which deal with the Council, the city manager and nominations and elections.
Next month the panel will likely compile a list of recommendations and decide which ones to pass on to Council for its consideration to add to a special election ballot next May.
