Greenville – Yet another delay has been issued in the trial of a Greenville woman, charged with the attempted murder of her infant daughter.
Jury selection for Lola Danielle Cherry will now commence on September 26. There was no immediate reason for the delay.
Cherry was scheduled for trial in May, but the case was reassigned from the 196th to the 354th District Court, and set to begin yesterday before this latest setback.
