Mineola – A 3-year-old Wood County girl has drowned in her family's pool. She's been identified as Crisslyn Thompson of Mineola.
Officials believe the girl accidentally entered the family's pool. She was unconscious when discovered.
The child was later flown to Medical City Children's Center in Dallas where she was pronounced dead by attending physicians.
