Hunt County – A prison sentence is handed down in a child indecency case.
43-year-old Donald Brian Mosley received a 40-year prison term Thursday on each count of charges of sexually assaulting a child and videotaping the encounter. The sentences will run consecutively , or stacked. He'll have to serve 40 years in prison before being eligable for parole.
Mosley had faced up to life in prison. He had previously entered open pleas of guilty to both charges.
Mosley, who lived at a residence between Floyd and Merit, was the subject of an investigation by the Hunt County Sheriff's Office after the videotaped assault was reportedly brought before the agency in October, 2008.
