Greenville – A child support case brought against an East Texas judge by a woman from Hunt County continues Thursday.
In testimony heard Wednesday, Tracy A. Gilbert said he did not believe the child of Lone Oak resident Kari Moore might be his son until two years ago. The boy is now 18-years-old.
Moore reportedly told Gilbert in 1997 that her fianc e would raise the child, that she did not want Gilbert in the child's life and she did not want him to pay child support.
Gilbert went on to say he was led to believe the boy had been adopted until the suit against him was filed last year.
