– The 5th Annual Cowhill Chili Fest and Barbeque Cook-off takes place Saturday in Commerce. In addition to the chili competition, judges will be on hand for salsa, bean and steak contests as well. Chili will be served from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.; hamburgers and barbeque sandwiches will be available later on in the day. The all day event also features a bike show, fun run, mechanical bull riding, face painting, wine tasting, as well as performances by local bands.
