GREENVILLE - It's beginning to look a lot more like Christmas in downtown Greenville.
The approximately 30 foot tree was shipped from Wisconsin to Greenville on Tuesday. It sits in front of the Police and Courts Building on Lee Street downtown.
The tree will be decorated on Monday.
The public is invited to the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, December 1 at 6:30 p.m., which includes holiday refreshments and music from the Travis Elementary Choir.
The annual Downtown Christmas Parade will take place the following morning.
