02-24-2005 – The Commerce Independent School District Board of Trustees is considering implementing a standardized dress code for Commerce schools. Almost 90% of staff and faculty approved the idea, but the district was looking for at least 90% approval before proceeding with the considerations. The district plans to study the issue more, and reconsider a standard dress code in the Fall.
