Greenville – The City of Greenville is taking legal action against a rodeo organization. The council voted Tuesday to file a lawsuit against the Pro Rodeo Cowboys Association over alleged violations of its contract for local tourism funding. The council said that the organization has been less than forthcoming with and spending reports. The organizations received $10,000 from the city in the past year, hosting the 7th annual rodeo at the Hunt County Fair Grounds.
