City launches "Developing In Greenville" web page

Feb 15, 2012

GREENVILLE - The Community Development Department has launched a new web page devoted entirely to the development process in Greenville.

Submitted to KETR:

In the past, the development process has been confusing and difficult to navigate at times. The goal of the new “Developing in Greenville” page is to provide as much information in one location as possible to potential developers, making the process much easier to understand.

The page contains checklists and information packets regarding each step of the development process, as well as links to all development-related ordinances, and a link to estimate the development permit fees for a project.

The page will continually be modified and updated over the coming months. The Community Development Department plans to add additional pages to the City’s website that will allow citizens to view current development projects, comment on public hearing items, and review census data and population projections.
