Clean Commerce Campaign on east side of town in June

Commerce –
The Clean Commerce Campaign is targeting the east side of town in June as part of on-going clean-up efforts in Commerce. The successful campaign begun in 2001 allows residents the opportunity to dispose of unwanted bulk items and tree limbs several times per year.

Certain guidelines apply concerning what types of materials will be picked up. Roofing materials, concrete and sheetrock will not be picked up, but appliances, tires, batteries, metal and brush will be if separated into separate piles curbside in front of the residence.

Pick-up for the section of Commerce east of Park Street and north of Maple is scheduled for June 29th. Contact City Hall at 903.886.1100 for more information.
