Commerce – The Commerce City Council meets tonight for the first regular meeting of November. Before the meeting, the council will conduct a workshop to hear updates on the construction of new city facilities, the strategic economic plan for Commerce, and other matters not intended as actionable items for regular session. The council started the regular workshops during the summer so updates on important projects could be given without lengthening the regular meetings.
The regular council meeting is set for 7pm at the Commerce Middle School along Culver Street. The workshop usually begins one hour before the regular meeting time.
