Greenville – 29 year old Commerce man Charles Parrish has been sentenced to concurrent 20 year sentences for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and aggravated kidnapping. Parrish pled guilty in January to both charges in connection with a hold up of the New Way store in Commerce in October 2003. Parrish allegedly used a knife while holding a person hostage while committing the act.
