The City of Commerce has partnered with Keep Commerce Beautiful and City Sanitation to schedule the first Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. as the day for residents to take their materials for recycling to the City Wastewater Plant on FM 3218 or Bus Barn Road.  Non-residents can go to Commerce City Hall and purchase a permit to recycle for $10 annually.
