Commerce – Congressman Ralph Hall of Rockwall will be the keynote speaker at A&M-Commerce for a Constitution Day observance Monday. Constitution Day is celebrated across the nation annually, and Representative Hall will be on campus as part of the local observance for the day which seek to perpetuate the legacy of the United States Constitution, especially in America's schools.
The observance will be held Monday at 10am at the Performing Arts Center on the A&M-Commerce campus.
