Following the announcement of Delta County Sheriff Ricky Smith, Constable Ben Snow has also announced his re-election for office.

“I would like to announce that I am seeking your vote for the upcoming election for Delta County Constable,” said Ben Snow, on Monday. Constable Snow has held his current office for the last seven years.  “It has been my pleasure to work for our two sitting judges – Judge Jason Murray and Judge Ginny Phifer – as well as Sheriff Ricky Smith and his staff.”

Constable Snow has over 25 years of being a certified peace officer and has served approximately 1,000 documents while assisting the Sheriff’s office in a backup role these last three years.

“I feel I am fully qualified to do the job as your Constable,” said Snow. “I have made many friends in Delta County and am always available to help my constituents. If the citizens support my re-election, I will continue to do the job of Constable for the citizens of Delta County.”
