In a regular Cooper City Council meeting, Saturday, April 11 through Saturday, April 18 has been set as the Clean Up Week in the City.

All fees are half the normal price for both residential pick-ups and taking items to the dumpsite during the days from April 11 through April 18. There will not be a charge to take brush to the dumpsite.

The city will allow residents to take tires for a fee and batteries to the dumpsite with a copy of their water bill.

Residents must call City Hall for residential pick-ups.

It was moved to following week from last year due to this year's Easter holiday.

The next regular City Council Meeting will be at 5 p.m. on Monday, April 13 at City Hall.
