Cooper ISD Trustee Danny Wall was presented a token of appreciation by Board President Thomas Darden at Monday night's meeting.

During Monday night’s meeting of the Cooper ISD Board of Trustees, Danny Wall submitted his letter of resignation effective Dec. 1. In his letter Wall thanked everyone and wished them continued success. Due to his job, he will be relocating to Kansas City.

The Board presented Wall with a plaque in honor of his service. Information on the policy regarding the vacancy was given – the Board will decide at the December meeting to either fill the position or leave it open until elections.

The Board accepted the monetary gift from the Maroon & Gray Foundation for the recent teacher grants.

The meeting opened with slideshows from each campus including photos documenting events since the start of school.
