BONHAM - Housing and road improvements are up for consideration Monday evening by the Bonham City Council.
Members will possibly act to support an 80 unit multi-family affordable housing application. If approved, council would submit the application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
TxDot will also be on hand at Monday's meeting, to address plans to widen Highway 121 from Highway 56 to 82. The nearly two mile stretch of road sits on the westernmost section of the city.
The Bonham City Council meets tonight at 5:30 p.m. from City Hall at 514 Chestnut Street.
